The present work aims to analyze the processes of professional socialization of beginning teachers in the construction of the teaching professionalism of EBTT teachers. And as a delimitation of the field of research and understanding of the objec lization of the EPT in the institutes and the relationships with the EBTT career; to characterize the processes of professional socialization experienced by beginning teachers from the organizational structure of the IFs and the federal network; to analyze the experiences of professional socialization recognized by beginning teachers in the process of building teaching professionalism. To guide the investigative path, the research has as its theoretical-methodological presupposition the Historical-Dialectical Materialism – MHD, for understanding that it is from the theoreticalmethodological construction that the studies of the object are constituted, since the real representation of the object's ideal is revealed through the saturation of the determinations that constitute the object's traits. A methodological perspective allows us to make an immersion of the object under study, deepening and delimiting the research categories that constitute an articulated whole of the object in its totality, and when it comes to teacher training, it is relevant to take into account the determinations and categories that constitute the work-teacher training unit.
