CURRICULUM AND TRAINING: THE PEDAGOGY COURSE AS A SECOND DEGREE

The theme of this project is the Pedagogy course as a second degree. The guiding question is: "What are the reasons that lead graduates and postgraduates from other areas to take the Pedagogy course as a second degree, and what are their expectations for postgraduate training in pedagogy, considering training for teaching and education management, curriculum reconfiguration and innovative pedagogical practices?". The aim is to analyze the reasons why graduates and postgraduates from other areas seek a Pedagogy course as a second degree and what their expectations are for postgraduate education in pedagogy, taking into account training for teaching and education management, curriculum reconfiguration and innovative pedagogical practices. The field of research will be the Pedagogy courses offered by the State University of Montes Claros - Unimontes. The research will be carried out using a quantitative and qualitative approach through documentary, bibliographical and empirical research. To collect the data, we will use a questionnaire and an interview script. The subjects will be students on the Pedagogy course who already have a degree. The authors behind the research are: Nóvoa (2006, 2020), Machado (2009, 2020, 2023), Veiga (2010, 2014), Imbernón (2010, 2011, 2016), Charlot (2012, 2013), Saviani (2013, 2021), Tardif (2002-2014).
