This thesis investigates the public-private partnership betweentheMinas Gerais State Department of Education (SEE/MG) andtheNational Industrial Learning Service (SENAI) within the context oftheTrilhas de Futuro project, aimed at high school students inpublicschools in Minas Gerais. The study analyzes the implementationofthefifth formative itinerary, based on the 2018 National CommonCurricular Base (BNCC) and the Minas Gerais Reference Curriculum(CRMG), which aims to prepare students for the job market. The research questions how this partnership influences the provisionandstructuring of the technical formative itinerary and sets as itsgeneralobjective the examination of the relationships establishedthroughthiscooperation, focusing on hegemony and contradictions withinthescopeof public educational policies. The analytical categories of labor,hegemony, and contradiction seek to identify the economic andpoliticalgroups involved in the formulation and execution of thesepolicies,considering how the Trilhas de Futuro project responds to thesocial andeconomic demands of a society marked by contradictions. Specificobjectives include analyzing the historical impact of educationalpolicies on high school, investigating the process of adherenceandimplementation of the Trilhas de Futuro project, and assessingtheimpact of these partnerships on the educational model in MontesClaros.The research aims to demonstrate the presence of public-privatepartnerships in the provision of Professional and TechnologicalEducation (EPT) and discuss their implications for highschoolmanagement in Montes Claros, within a context of alignment withcurricular guidelines and market demands.
