PAGES: 149
BIG AREA: Ciências Humanas
AREA: Educação
SUMMARY:

This research project aims to understand the experiences of intern students in Pedagogy who work in Government Schools (EsGov), with three specific objectives: 1) Analyze the existing literature on Pedagogy internships in Government Schools; 2) Identify the objective and subjective elements that constitute the experiences of the interns; 3) Describe and comprehend these interns' experiences. The research adopts a qualitative-quantitative approach and is grounded in historical-dialectical materialism (Marx, 2008, 2020a, 2020b; Netto, 2011; Frigotto, 1989), involving literature review and data collection through a questionnaire administered to interns working in EsGov, the locus of this research. The collected data will be analyzed based on the assumptions of nuclei of meaning (Aguiar, Soares & Machado, 2015; Vigotski, 2020). As revealed in the state of knowledge, there are no works addressing the internship theme with the focus of this research, thus, this study could contribute to the course in an epistemological perspective and collaborate with education faculties in enhancing curricular experiences in non-school environments; the field of study on the training and performance of pedagogues; among other possibilities.
