SUMMARY:

The present research proposal aims to analyze, from the dispute of teacher training projects in the country, how the principles of the training of field educators in the Degree in Rural Education - LEdoC of UFPA\Campus de Abaetetuba materialize, seeking to identify the contributions that such a training process brings, especially to the promotion of the Self-Organization of Young Ribeirinhas, through the analysis of the praxis of the graduates of this course in their territories. The present proposal is essential to hear and give voice and visibility to the story of young riverside women coming from LEDOC in the Amazon territory of Baixo Tocantins. The Amazonian territory, given that in its complexity, as Molina et al. al. (2004) based on the category territory, it can be defined as a political space par excellence, a field of action and power, where certain social relationships take place. The importance of the dialogue proposed here is understood to highlight the voices of women who teach us more about the field of study on feminism, Flávia Biroli (2014, 2018, 2020), Saffioti ( 2011) Lerner ( 2020), on Rural Education and training of educators Molina (2012, 2017), Caldart (2002, 2010). Research on the training of educators, gender, race, class struggle and territory, makes it possible to reflect on a reality that today involves a portion of the working class, young people from the riverside, who are part of the social movement that maintains youth as a result of social and political organization of the interests and aspirations of rural people. The research is anchored in dialectical historical materialism, working with the categories: historicity, contradiction, totality, necessary for the construction of an analysis that goes beyond the mere description of the facts, but that is authentic in the search for the essence of the object.
