The study examines the experiences of students regarding the implementation of the Student Assistance Policy (PAE) programs at the Campus Janaúba of the Instituto Federal do Norte de Minas Geral (IFNMG) during the period of non-faceto-face activities (ANP) resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. The focus is particularly on students benefiting from the Student Assistance Policy (PAE), with the aim of understanding its impacts on the educational trajectory of current students and graduates. For this analysis, a comparative approach is chosen, relying on the experiences reported by the students themselves regarding the student assistance programs implemented at the campus during the pandemic. The comparative analysis will be conducted through the collection of opinions and feedback from the students about the student assistance programs. This will be done through questionnaires designed to capture the students' perceptions of the effectiveness and importance of these programs in their academic lives
