SUMMARY:

This research is developed in the Postgraduate Program in Education of the Faculty of Education of the University of Brasília (UnB), in the line of research Public Policies and Education Management, integrating the studies of the ÁGUIA research group on International Organizations, Politics and Basic Education Management. The research seeks to analyze the forms of action/participation of students at Centro Educacional 310 de Santa Maria, in the Federal District, in the management and implementation, at that school, of the new High School (program resulting from Provisional Measure 746/2016, Law no. 13,415/2017 and Ordinance no. 649/2018). This study has a theoretical-scientific perspective on dialectical historical materialism. Thus, in chapter I, we will seek to know and understand the process of student organization as pedagogical and political resistance in Brazil after 1964 and present the other agents in the elaboration of the educational policy of the New High School. Chapter II aims to map who the DF students are and how the NEM was implemented in SEEDF. Chapter III presents the empirical field, the methodology and lists what took place during the counterreformation in the school under study. Chapter 4 will be the space to present the students' actions and participation, as well as carry out analyzes of the data collected in the field
