SUMMARY:

This research proposes to analyze the presence of pedagogical conceptions linked to "learning to learn" in the curriculum of the initial years of SEEDF, after its revisit in 2018, in the search for alignment with the National Common Curricular Base – BNCC. By assuming that the pedagogical ideas that underpin the education proposal elaborated by the Base, a normative document, of national scope, homologated in 2017, are linked to this pedagogy and that the subnational curricula are led to adhere to their pedagogical conceptions, it is presented as the main problem to be answered: There is in the prescribed and modeled curriculum, from the initial years of SEEDF, after the implementation of the BNCC, the presence of pedagogical conceptions linked to "learning to learn"? Therefore, the specific objectives of this study are: the identification of pedagogical conceptions related to "learning to learn" at BNCC; the investigation of this pedagogical conception in the prescribed curriculum, of the initial years, of the SEEDF (2nd Version) and the analysis of the pedagogical ideas present in the modeling of the curriculum in the school. The construction of the methodological path considered the integration between theory/method and technique/instruments, revealing the concern with the scientificity of Education studies. Due to the nature of the research problem, we opted for the qualitative approach, having as method, the case study (YIN, 2001), in a movement of approximation with the Historical-Dialectical Materialism (MARX, 1999). The methodological procedures for the collection of information adopted are: the documentary analysis, the application of a questionnaire and the semi-structured interview. For the process of analysis of the information collected, we opt for documentary analysis and content analysis (BARDIN, 2004) as procedures, focusing on the technique of triangulation of information of the different methodological instruments used. (TRIVIÑOS, 1987). It is highlighted, as part of the research methodology, the realization of the state of knowledge with the intention of finding gaps and thus advancing in the studies related to the theme. Theoretically, this study is based on Apple (2000), Duarte (2000, 2003), Freitas (2014, 2016), Libâneo (2013), Lima e Silva (2020), Perrenoud (2004), Ramos (2001), Sacristán (2000, 2011, 2017), Saviani (2019), Silva (2008), Silva (2007, 2017) and Veiga (1991, 1995, 2001). All theoretical axes are permeated by Historical-Critical Pedagogy and Critical Curriculum Theory, given the position assumed about the social function of the school and the nature of the objects of this research.
