INVESTIGACIÓN EN EL PROCESO DE FORMACIÓN
INICIAL: análisis de Proyectos Pedagógicos de cursos
presenciales de pregrado en pedagogía en Brasil
Initial Training; Research. Praxis; Epistemology
This Project, linked to the Research Line Teaching
Profession, Curriculum and Assessment, has as its
object of study Research in the Initial Training
Process, in particular our focus is on research in the
initial training of undergraduate students in pedagogy
at higher education institutions in Brazil. In this sense,
this study starts from the following problem: what are
the epistemological conceptions of research in the
initial training process of undergraduate courses in
pedagogy? Its general objective is to investigate the
epistemological conceptions of research in the initial
training process of undergraduate courses in
pedagogy. As a specific objective, we sought to: 1)
carry out the state of knowledge based on the database
of the portal of the Coordination for the Improvement
of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), of the
BDTD; 2) map the PPCs of pedagogy courses in the
five regions in Brazil; 3) identify which
epistemological perspectives of research have been
supporting the PPCs of Pedagogy courses; 4)
categorize how teachers, coordinators, and students
define research activity in initial training. This study
is theoretically and methodologically guided by
Dialectical Historical Materialism and has the
following premise: research, which is essential for
initial teacher training, has as its formative and
intentional role the possibility of the teacher
becoming the author of the pedagogical work and
producer of knowledge in its different dimensions
in the reference of praxis. The theoretical
contributions that we use to explain our object are
Afanasiév (1968), Vieira Pinto (1969), Konstantinov
(1974), Curado Silva (2008, 2018), Vásquez (2007),
among others. Our methodological approach is: the
state of knowledge about research in the initial
training process, bibliographic research, documentary
analysis, questionnaires, and interviews. The research
will be analyzed based on the proposal of Discursive
Textual Analysis in Moraes (2003, 2011) following
the steps of unitarization, categorization and capture
of the new emerging as proposed by the author
