CONTINUING TEACHER TRAINING IN THE AREA OF LITERACY: A LOOK AT THE NATIONAL PACT FOR LITERACY AT THE RIGHT AGE (PNAIC) AND THE TEMPO DE APRENDER PROGRAM

This research, whose central theme is the training of literacy teachers and the performance in the classroom, aims to analyze, in the light of the conceptions of teachers working in the 1st year of the initial block of literacy, assumptions defended in the Continuing Education Programs for Literacy Teachers: National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age - PNAIC (Brazil, 2012) and Time to Learn (Brazil, 2020) for the teaching of reading and writing, and its implications for didactic-pedagogical practices. The study is anchored in authors such as Chartier (2000; 2007); Frade (2007; 2019); Morais (2012; 2019); Mortatti (2004; 2010, 2012; 2021); Soares (2008; 2010; 2017; 2021); Tardif (2002). This is a qualitative research. As research instruments, semi-structured interviews will be used with two teachers from the State Department of Education of the Federal District, working in the 1st year of Elementary School For data analysis, the study will rely on the content analysis of Bardin (2016).
