SUMMARY:

The theme of the research is the impact of the June 2013 Journeys on the subjects that guided the constituent practices after these events. That is, it seeks to measure the extent to which the June 2013 Journeys changed the key to legislative discourses that became potentially possible (and impossible) to constitute. The hypothesis to be overcome is the possibility that the event, as an apparently constitutive movement, has inaugurated a new power that altered the balance of discursive opportunities and modified the trend of the subjects that occupied the constitutional agenda, making it impossible (making invisible) some and enabling (making visible) others. To evaluate, by methodological approach, the impacts of the June 2013 Journeys are studied based on the lexicometric analysis of the content of 48,531 federal legislative proposals presented before the Chamber of Deputies between 2003 and 2020, with the help of the Iramuteq software, since, by inference, it can reveal the discursive effects of these protests on the Brazilian constitutional agenda.
