Assuming that access to justice is something that goes beyond court decisions, basic sanitation regulatory agencies can be a means of access to justice to resolve conflicts between users, especially the neediest, and service providers. However, given the reality of the sector, it is necessary for these agencies to structure themselves to be supported by artificial intelligence tools.
