Access to justice for the vulnerable through precedents: the IRDR tool
Access to justice – vulnerable – precedente - IRDR
Starting from the assumption that the qualified Brazilian precedent can be considered as a tool for standardizing understandings before which the interests of the vulnerable population can be discussed, having as a mediate consequence the reduction of the procedural collection, the focus is of access to justice sought in this research is based on the use/creation of IRDR as proposed by public defenders' offices in light of the legal provision contained in the CPC/2015.
