SUMMARY:

This project addresses the production of the crime of rape of a vulnerable person, in particular the category of vulnerability as a dogmatic-penal category. To this end, it studies rulings from the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories published between January and June 2020 and uses the theoretical methodological approach of Critical Discourse Analysis.
