"THE VULNERABLE LEGAL CONDITION OF BRAZILIAN MIGRANT WORKERS IN FRENCH GUIANA"
The work in question addresses the labor relations of Brazilians in French Guiana, using bibliographical research to analyze the insertion of these immigrants in the local job market. The research reflects on how international migration, in a context of globalization, contributes to uprooting, excluding and marginalizing thousands of Brazilian workers who work in the Guyanese labor market. Regarding the approach, the methodology selected for the development of this work was qualitative research, as it attempts to understand the variables that are involved in this investigation, namely: analyzing the main themes of analysis that include the increase in global unemployment, the requirement for qualification, the difficulties of temporal reintegration, marginal inclusion, precarious forms of work, ethnic dilemmas, the reduction in average wages among illegal immigrants, the outsourcing/subcontracting of work and the increase in the feminization of migration. Qualitative research is not limited to numerical representation, but rather to deepen the understanding of this social group. Through a qualitative literature review, we seek to understand the challenges faced by these workers and identify protective measures. Analyze that legal cooperation is fundamental to guarantee labor rights and promote equality and social justice in this migratory context.
