Legal Education and advances in Information and Communication Technologies.
Legal Education; Technology: Law
Technological innovations generate new challenges that need to be faced promptly. These changes represent opportunities to greatly optimize the implementation of numerous practices linked to the law professions. Along these lines, more specifically in the field of Legal Education, it is understood that the so-called competency-based pedagogy appears to be a possible methodology capable of answering questions presented in this new scenario. This methodology aims to overcome an educational perspective focused purely on the transmission of content, based on the incorporation of teaching strategies dedicated not exclusively to the exposure of content, but also to the development of practical-professional skills, capable of expanding student autonomy in their training and learning process.
