Electoral Justice. Anti-Discrimination Law. Perspective Judgment. Intersectionality. Democracy
The research aims to answer the question of whether the development of a specific protocol for gender, racial, and intercultural perspectives in the Electoral Justice system could impact the protection of political rights and the quality of democracy. It is based on antidiscrimination law theory and engages with feminist, decolonial, and intercultural references. The approach is qualitative, with interdisciplinary coordination and an empirical component based on a case study, document analysis, and interviews.
