SUMMARY: 
The general objective of the thesis is to investigate the performance of digital influencers 
in an environment that involves information dissemination, decision-making and accounting 
choices. The interest of the thesis is to understand whether the disclosure of accounting
information on social media, and especially through digital influencers, can affect its interpretation.
