SUMMARY:

This disserlation, using the theory of Alston and his co-authors, will address the events that took place in Brazil in the past decade, namely the protests, impeachment, and the election of Bolsonaro. The goal is to cornplement the authors' analysis, which goes up Ía 2A16, i.e., to discuss subsequent eyents in the same manner they did in their book. The aim is to explain how all these events led to what happened in 2018 and its consequences. To achierle this, histori cal dataand charts will be used to strengthen the argument presented.
